Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, holograms, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
